Self Care Fitness is a community-based group fitness program designed specifically for women aged 35 and above.
Our classes focus on building strength, increasing bone density, improving balance, and developing functional fitness — helping you move well and feel your best as you age.
We commonly support women navigating perimenopause and menopause, as well as those managing conditions such as osteoarthritis, osteopenia, lipedema, arthritis, and fibromyalgia.
We are also neurodivergent-friendly and understand that additional support may be needed within sessions to help you feel comfortable, safe, and supported.
All Classes feature
Small group strength training - no more then 6-8 people in each class.
All fitness levels welcome - every class can be modified personally to your individual fitness level, movement ability, injuries and any other limitations.
Indoor air conditioned location suitable for any time of year. Kilaben Bay Park is intermittently used when weather is favorable & lawns are mowed.

First Class is free - class packs available ongoing or direct debit memberships for 1 x week, 2 x week or unlimited at a discounted per class rate.
